Sound Bath – First Edition in the Netherlands
Deep Relaxation with Sound

After a time in Spain, where I have guided many sessions, I’ve flown back to the Netherlands with all my instruments, and it feels special to host my first session here, in the city where I lived the longest.

This session is for anyone who needs a moment to slow down, release tension and reconnect with themselves. No experience needed.

We begin with soft, Tao-inspired movements to warm the body and settle the mind. Then you lie down for a gentle sound bath.

I work with a variety of instruments, including Alchemy Crystal Bowls – crystal and mineral bowls that create clear, deep tones. The vibrations help your body soften and come to rest.

Clothing tip
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring layers. During the sound journey you may experience both warm and cold sensations. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day.

Sound Bath – Eerste editie in Nederland
Diepe Ontspanning met Klank

Na een tijd in Spanje, waarin ik regelmatig sessies begeleidde, ben ik met al mijn instrumenten terug naar Nederland gekomen en het voelt bijzonder om mijn eerste sessie hier te geven, in de stad waar ik het langst heb gewoond.

Deze sessie is voor iedereen die behoefte heeft aan rust, ontspanning en een moment om spanning los te laten. Ervaring is niet nodig.

We beginnen met zachte, Tao-geïnspireerde bewegingen om je lichaam op te warmen en je aandacht naar binnen te brengen. Daarna ga je liggen en neem ik je mee in een klankreis.

Ik werk met verschillende instrumenten, waaronder Alchemy Crystal Bowls: glazen schalen van kristal en mineralen die een heldere, diepe klank maken. De trillingen helpen je lichaam te ontspannen en tot rust te komen.

Na de sessie voelen veel mensen zich:
– Kalmer
– Helderheid in je hoofd
– Ontspannen
– Van hoofd naar connectie met je lijf

Kleding tip: comfortabele kleding waar je in kan bewegen en laagjes zijn aangeraden. Gedurende de klankreis kan je het zowel koud als warm krijgen. Drink gedurende de dag voldoende water.
