✨De 11h a 12:30h se facilitará un círculo de conexión y una práctica guiada de principios de movimiento cuidado y creatividad dentro del lenguaje de la exploración del movimiento, la improvisación y el Contact Improvisación.
✨De 12:30h a 15:30h Living+ Jam de danza, juego y celebración con música en vivo.
✨De 14h a 16h buffet vegano sin gluten, con comida, zumos naturales y postres helados.
Qué es la Living Jam+?
Las Living + son un espacio artístico de juego para romper el ritmo del día a día y dedicarnos a la exploración del movimiento, la creatividad y la libre expresión en comunidad.
La JAM, nace desde un espacio de Contact Improvisación donde se busca un estado profundo y abierto de conexión y escucha, tanto con nosotras mismas como con las demás personas y con todo lo que está pasando alrededor.
El corazón por detrás es crear un espacio seguro y cuidado para ser, jugar y expresarse, como lo sería el "Living" de nuestro hogar.
*En la JAM hay una zona con objetos y elementos de libre uso, para explorar, escribir, dibujar, leer, entre otras posibilidades.
Puedes traer objetos, elementos o instrumentos con los que te interese explorar, compartir y cocrear, siempre que respeten el cuidado de las demás y del espacio.
* Al final de la sesión se ofrece un menú vegano nutritivo, saludable y delicioso para quien ande con hambre luego de mover tanto y desea alimentarse antes del retorno a casa.

### What is the Living Jam+?
Living+ is an artistic and playful space to break the rhythm of daily life and devote ourselves to exploring movement, creativity, and free expression in community.
The Jam is born from the field of Contact Improvisation, seeking a deep and open state of connection and listening — with ourselves, with others, and with everything happening around us.
At its heart, the intention is to create a safe and caring space to be, play, and express — just like the living room of our home.
🌀 Within the Jam there’s an area with freely available objects and materials to explore, write, draw, read, or engage in other creative activities.
You’re welcome to bring your own objects, materials, or instruments to explore, share, and co-create with — as long as they respect the space and others’ well-being.
🌱 At the end of the session, a nourishing and delicious vegan meal is offered for those who wish to recharge before heading home.
