🚀 Let’s get the week started on the right track! - MONDAY NOMAD RUN with ambitious people will put you in the best mindset to get sh*t done for the rest of the week!
NOTE: No level required - we ran 2x paces: 6-minutes/km and 5.5-minutes/km.
For those who want to run more:
- You can do a “pre-run” and join just before the start!
- Run extra and re-join us at the end.
About the meeting point, La Fabrica (check their Instagram):
- LOCATION: a few meters away from Llacuna METRO STOP (Yellow Line) - GOOGLE MAPS
- STORAGE: They will store our belongings.
- WATER: La Fabrica provides free water jars to hydrate runners after the run!
La Fabrica &Co - A 7,000 m² entrepreneurial hub in the heart of Poblenou, bringing together coworking, coliving, and a members' club with a pool, gym, event spaces, podcast room, and sea-view terraces.
PROGRAM:
- 7:00pm: Meeting at La Fabrica (downstairs)
- 7:30pm: Start of the run
- In the middle, we can have 1 break/group photo
- Approx. 8.15 pm: Return to La Fabrica fr ROOFTOP cool down & hangout.
