Bring a dream you would like to explore!
It can be strange, beautiful, disturbing, repetitive, or seemingly meaningless. It can be your most recent dream or the earliest dream you remember.
It may offer a new perspective on something happening in your life right now.
We will begin with a 10-minute introduction and a little theory. Then we will move straight into practice.
We will work as a group, with one-to-one demonstrations in the middle for volunteers.
We may explore the dream through images, emotions, body sensations, movement, and roles. Pure experience!
Instead of searching for the “correct” interpretation or analyzing the dream, we will follow what feels most interesting, alive, or unexpected.
No previous experience or education is needed.
