Ecstatic Dance is a safe and open space where we connect through movement, breath, and rhythm — without judgment and without words.
Here everyone is invited to express themselves authentically, to let the body speak, and to rediscover the joy of dancing freely.
Our gatherings usually begin with a short grounding and warm-up, followed by a powerful music playlist that takes us on a journey through sound and emotion.
No dance experience is needed — just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and comfortable clothes.
