​Ever wished you could ask a therapist *anything* about being autistic or ADHD (or both!)—without the awkward waiting room vibes? Now’s your chance! Join us for a whacky, welcoming QA session with Kerstin, a certified therapist (licensed in Germany), coach, and proud ND herself. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, still figuring things out, or just craving some real talk with someone who gets it, Kerstin’s here to answer your burning questions in English or German.

​Hosted by Lea y Las Cebras and Kerstin, in the heart of Barcelona, this event is all about connection, support, and a sprinkle of chaos (the good kind). We’ll kick things off with plenty of time for your questions, then stick around to mingle and meet fellow neurodivergent folks in a nearby place. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let’s make therapy a little less mysterious—and a lot more fun!

​Places are limited to 12 SPOTS to allow for as many QA possible! So grab your spot now.
​PS: bring a yoga cushion or pillow to sit comfortably if you want to as we will sit in a circle on the floor (a couple of armchairs are available!)

​Also please wear a face mask if you experience some respiratory symptoms to be kind to others and keep possible germs to yourself.
