SDG Meetup: Navigating Climate Communications

Details
Join our SDG Meetup on January 24! This month, we'll focus on climate comms. We'll hear from Cass Hebron, a climate advocate and communications specialist who's joining us from Brussels, and network over drink !
How to talk about the climate crisis without losing your friends and alienating people
Talking about the climate crisis is one of the most powerful ways to make an impact. But these conversations often come with heavy emotions, as well as the challenge of navigating the psychological, social and cultural barriers of talking about it ('I don't want to hear about that depressing stuff!'). This presentation explores how to have a productive 'climate conversation' without alienating people, losing friends or your mind.
The goal is to help attendees feel more confident about how to best express their thoughts and feelings about the climate, and connect to people outside of the sustainability 'bubble'.
