Hi, I’m Léa.
Like almost everyone in this world, I’ve been a job seeker… and I am one again right now.
And let’s be honest — it’s hard. Emotionally. Financially. Existentially.
It’s lonely, it’s draining, and sometimes it feels like you’re screaming into the void.
A friend recently told me about something called a Job Search Council — small groups where people support each other through the process. That gave me the spark to create this space here, in Barcelona, and online.
So here I am, showing up vulnerably, looking for others like me — job seekers who believe in the power of togetherness.
People who don’t just want to “optimize their LinkedIn,” but also feel seen, encouraged, and supported through the rollercoaster.
Oh — and I’m neurodivergent, if that helps anyone feel more at home here.
This is a radically inclusive space. I get it.
I’m also the founder of The Gifted Zoo, a Meetup group for gifted & divergent minds.
We’ll meet regularly to:
• Co-work in silence (yes, it helps!)
• Share doubts, fears, and small wins
• Workshop your pitch, CV, and LinkedIn
• Build momentum, clarity, and confidence
• Help each other hold the line when motivation drops
I don’t have all the answers, but I believe in collective intelligence, emotional honesty, and showing up with courage.
