Beginners To Intermediate Levels:
A Little Intro To Mixed Lacrosse
Learn & play the longest surviving team sport in history. People of all levels & experience are welcome, we have players who’re completely new to the sport as well as veteran coaches who can teach.
We have set it up so that new players will have the coaching & equipment to learn, and get started playing. You won't need to bring anything as we will provide the equipment for the session.
We will do:
- light stick workout on catching & throwing, basic essential coaching with new players
- Club sticks, balls, and goal will be provided for all (RSVP prior to event)
- Picking of teams from group to play a casual game of 3v3, with subs
- Wear good footwear - football cleats recommended. Artificial grass field. Running shoes could work, slippage may happen during sudden movements.
