Hi Mamis & Mamis to be ;)
I'm Julia, Womens Health Coach from Germany specialized in Transformation Programs, Pregnancy Fitness & Post Partum Recovery!
I created this community @fitnessformamis, for Moms & expecting Moms who want to get back / stay in shape and connect with others!
After giving birth, so many things change! Your body looks & feels different, everything is overwhelming, you have tons of questions, yet you are at home with your newborn all by yourself!
Therefore, this group is here to help you with two very IMPORTANT topics: Your physical fitness & the connections with others that will help you with your doubts & questions and makes you feel less isolated in the beginning!

We meet up weekly at Stephys (C/ Wellington 88) for:
- Pregnancy Pilates
- Mami + Baby Fit Pilates
- Mami + Baby Toning
- Mamis Lunch
- Specific workshops
What to expect: Full body Pilates toning exercises on the mat, Core & back strengthening exercises, (Diastisis Recti correction), Pelvic Floor stabilization and posture corrections.

No stress if your baby cries or you need to feed, this class is a safe environment especially for that.
You can also join when you are pregnant, we can provide alternatives for you!
