Welcome to Me & My Eating!
Are you tired of the endless cycle of dieting? Does "food noise" take up too much space in your mind? Do you feel you have a bad relationship with food or your body? Whether you're an expat adjusting to a new eating routine in Barcelona, navigating a life transition, or simply exhausted by diet culture you don't have to figure it out alone.
What is this space?
Me & My Eating is a safe, bilingual (EN-ES),judgment-free community group backed by the nutrition team at ART Clinic. We are shifting the focus from restrictive diets, guilt, and scales to food/body flexibility, wellness and peace of mind.
What to expect at our meetups:
This is not a formal class or a rigid program. It is a relaxed space where art and conversation meet. Depending on the day, our meetups include Creative Expression:
Sometimes we paint watercolors, design tote bags, or just draw. No artistic skills are needed! Keeping our hands busy is a great, low-pressure way to relax the mind while we talk.
Open Conversation: Other days, we simply sit, sip coffee, and chat. You can share your experiences with food, body image, or diet culture in a space where everyone truly "gets it."
Listen & Connect: There is absolutely no pressure to speak. You are welcome to just paint, listen, and realize you are not alone in your struggles.
Gentle Guidance: While the focus is on community sharing, our nutrition experts will be there to offer practical, gentle recommendations to help you navigate "food noise."
Our Approach:
Community and understanding come first. We use art and conversation as tools to help you feel at home. (Bonus: Because we are part of ART Clinic, if you ever decide you want to dig deeper into the emotional side of eating, our therapy and nutrition team is available for optional 1-on-1 support—but only if and when you're ready).
