Welcome to "Learning to Navigate THROUGH Meditation for Busy People!
🌱 Dear Busy People,
Are you feeling stuck & not getting traction with your meditation? Is it becoming a grim duty?
I warmly welcome you to "Learning to Navigate THROUGH Meditation for Busy People."
The aim of these sessions is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can begin your journey to deeper self-awareness, emotional freedom, and inner peace.
Sessions are in English and are being offered face to face and online (but not the same session).
🌼 Our Agenda
Intro 1 (5 minutes): Opening meditation with movement
Intro (2) (5 minutes): Overview of what challenge we will be working on & why we need to work on it and how.
Preparatory: Breath/Concentration with Body Scan Meditation
Main Practice Meditation as we work through the challenge we identified
Close: Heart & Compassion Meditation
👜 What to Bring (sessions will be face to face & online)
Bring an open heart and a curious mind!
Comfortable clothing that allows for relaxed sitting or lying down in a place you can view the computer.
Choose a comfortable chair in a quiet room or a space you can lie down.
📍 How to Find Us
This will be an online session. These are drop-in classes so you will be muted when you enter Zoom. So even if you are late, you will not be disturbing attendees.
