This is not just another yoga class. It's a Mindfulness Bootcamp!
This late summer reset is a 6-week, high-impact immersion into movement, breath, and mindfulness to sharpen the mind, balance the emotions, and strengthen your capacity to meet life with presence and purpose.
Here in Barcelona, September marks a fresh start. Work, family, and new surroundings demand our best focus and energy. This bootcamp is for anyone who wants to feel rooted, think with precision, and respond to challenges with unshakable resilience.
In every session, I will train your body, breath, and mind through a powerfully woven progression:
- Jivamukti Yoga: Dynamic, flowing movement to build strength, flexibility, and steady concentration.
- Pranayama: Ancient breathwork to awaken energy, quiet the mind, and balance the nervous system.
- Mindfulness & Meditation: Letting go, radical acceptance, and meeting life without preference.
- Vipassana & Loving Kindness: Deep, systematic awareness through the body (as taught in the Vipassana tradition), noticing sensations as they arise and pass away, dissolving tension at its roots, and opening the heart with compassion for self and others.
By the end of six weeks, you will feel clearer, calmer, more confident, and sleeping better — with a toolkit of practices you can apply in work, family, and life from a place of inner strength.

Pricing:
