Join our Barcelona MOvember Meetup Group to support men's mental health, prostate cancer awareness and suicide prevention.

On 30 November we will host an event including yoga, movement, breathwork, samba dancing, ice baths and ceremonial shaving of moustaches!

The event is FREE and all are welcome - men, women, adults, kids.

On 30 November, we’re hosting a FREE event to which EVERYONE is welcome, to raise awareness of MOvember - the leading men's health charity. The event will take place in Barceloneta Park and features:

Yoga

Breathwork

Ice baths

Samba dancing

Live street-art graffiti

And, of course, the ceremonial shaving of moustaches to close out the month.

Our team of more than 130 men and women are moving 600km throughout November as part of the challenge — as well as the boys growing the most ridiculous moustaches possible all in the name of men's mental health, prostate cancer awareness and suicide prevention.
