FIESTA ST. JOAN EN TERRAZA PRIVADA! ST. JOAN´EVE ON A PRIVATE TERRACE (GRATIS!)

(Cast) Hola! Vamos a hacer una fiestecita privada para la tarde-noche de la Revetlla/Verbena de Sant Joan en la acogedora terraza de la casa de un miembro del grupo, quién gentilmente nos la deja para hacer este encuentro.

DATOS:

¿CUANDO? 23 de Junio, 20,30h a 00h (el 24/6 es festivo en Catalunya)

PLAN: Es GRATIS!
Sólo tienes que llevar alguna cosa de comer y bebida, y juntaremos todo en una mesa grande que hay en la terraza para que después la gente se pueda servir lo que quiera, con platos, cubiertos y vasos de plástico/cartón que compraremos.

CAPACIDAD: La capacidad máxima es de 30 personas, entre gente del grupo y amistades de la organización. Se quiere que sea proporcionado 50% chicos 50% chicas, por lo que se irá regulando la entrada a la lista de asistentes desde la lista de espera.

(Eng) Hello! We're going to have a private party for the evening of Sant Joan,St. John´s Eve, on the lovely terrace of our of the members that our group, who kindly lends it to us to hold this meeting.

WHEN? June 23rd, 20:30h to 00h aprox (24th is holiday in Catalonia)

PLAN: It's free! Just you have to bring some food and drinks, and we'll put everything together on a large table on the terrace, so people can serve themselves afterward, with plates, cutlery, and plastic/cardboard cups that we'll buy.

CAPACITY: The maximum capacity is for 30 people,between people from the group and friends of the organization. The goal is to have a 50% male/50% female ratio, so admission to the attendee list will be regulated from the waiting list.
