There's something incredibly powerful and healing when women gather in circle and share from the heart… not just at an individual level for emotional wellbeing, though also at a group and collective level for a profound impact on the world too.

Heart opening women’s gathering, each month we reflect on a different topic to share, learn, grow, inspire and evolve together.

A place to connect, be held, learn from others, be heard in our expression, to give and also receive too.

How it works…
We sit in circle and after the welcome and topic introduction, each woman takes it in turns to share from the heart (however little or as much that feels good for her) in the safe space created without judgement. There will be additional visualisations, NLP and embodiment practices and specific questions (depending on topic) for further insight and integration.

Come away feeling supported, uplifted and connected.

SPACES ARE LIMITED and priority will be given to those who pay and book in advance first.

TIME: 18.30H-20.30H (please arrive on time so we can start as a group)
