About the trainer:
Originally from the Netherlands, I’ve been offering NVC training since 2015. For 14 years I worked in the healthcare field and I’ve organized my own NVC courses and retreats. I specialized in using NVC in assertive outreach with people facing addiction. Later I worked as a team coach and NVC trainer for teams of social workers, individual coaching, and facilitating moral dialogue as chair of an ethics committee.

I completed my CNVC certification in 2018, my assessor Gina Lawrie guided me through the process. Of all the tools and methods I’ve encountered in my journey as a human, social worker, and coach, NVC has stood out to me for its clarity, its depth, and its unique combination of simplicity and power. So I'm excited to continue offering courses and retreats here in Barcelona.
