Nuestra última caminata fue un éxito, pero el calor fue bastante intenso por lo que para aprovechar el tiempo más fresco, hemos decidido repetir este evento. Esta vez, por el parque natural del Garraf. Será una ruta larga, de 12 km hasta llegar a Sitges, donde cogeremos el tren de vuelta.

Al igual que la anterior vez, haremos algunos ejercicios de mindfulness y algunas dinámicas para conocernos más. Nuestra comunidad es internacional por lo que podrás encontrar personas que hablan tanto catalán, castellano, inglés, u otros idiomas.

Aquí tienes los detalles:
**Qué haremos:** Una caminata de dificultad media en Garraf.
**Donde y cuándo:** A las 10:30 del sábado 1 de noviembre en la estación de tren de Garraf.
**Qué llevar:** Calzado y ropa deportiva, ropa de abrigo, protector solar, agua (se recomienda mínimo litro y medio) y un almuerzo para llevar. Si tienes algún juego o instrumento musical que te apetezca traer, no dudes en hacerlo.

Por favor, asegúrate de ser puntual para que puedas seguir la ruta de senderismo con el grupo.

Recuerda que no se permiten sustancias ilícitas en nuestros eventos.
Dicho esto, aquellos que sigan sus propios protocolos de microdosificación son bienvenidos a tomar una microdosis antes del evento.

Dear community,

Our last hike was a success, but the heat was quite intense, so to take advantage of cooler weather, we have decided to repeat this event. This time, we will hike through Garraf Natural Park. It will be a long route, 12 km to Sitges, where we will take the train back.

As before, we will do some mindfulness exercises and activities to get to know each other better. Our community is international, so you will find people who speak Spanish, English, Catalan, and other languages.

Here are the details:
**What we will do:** A medium-difficulty hike in Garraf.
**Where and when:** At 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, at the Garraf train station.
**What to bring**: Sports shoes and clothing, warm clothing, sunscreen, water (at least 1.5 liters recommended), and a packed lunch. If you have any games or musical instruments you would like to bring, feel free to do so.

Please be sure to arrive on time so you can follow the hiking route with the group.

Remember that illegal substances are not allowed at our events.

That said, those who follow their own microdosing protocols are welcome to take a microdose before the event.
