Agile test methods are important but they are just a part of the toolset of professional testing. The testing phase of software development sometimes gets the short shrift from developers and IT managers. Yet testing is the only way to determine whether an application will function properly at deployment. Without an effective testing strategy, companies sometimes blindly take on significant risks that go well beyond simply having poor functioning software.
For better prepare your organization on having a strong project management and a robust test planning we prepare for you two workshop sessions fully dedicated to Developers who are involved in test tasks such as unit tests, automated tests, etc., to Product Owners who need to validate and accept stories and write the acceptance criteria for those stories, to Scrum Masters who need to understand the testing team needs, and of course Testers, which role assumes a business oriented vision, based on acceptance criteria, instead of specifications as in the waterfall projects.
The goal of these sessions are to clarify what is Agile Testing as well as providing a list of Agile Testing Best Practices and Traits in order to help your team organizing and planning Testing.
