24th Recruitment Meetup - Fractional HR & Talent Leaders era (Open forum)

Our friend Katy will be in town, and we couldn't resist inviting her for a Recruitment delivery to kickstart the year. Let's meet up!

Katy currently works as a fractional leader for startups and scale-ups in the broad area of People & Talent. She'll be sharing her story of transitioning from a full-time leader to a fractional leader in 2023, one of the most challenging years for many of us in the community.

To delve deeper into the topic and enable us to better understand the pros and cons of going fractional, she will moderate an open forum. Many of you may have experienced similar changes, and it would be great to shed some light and energy on the upcoming months in the Barcelona TA community.
