Yes, we know… this new event took us a bit longer than planned. Our ambitious 2025 goal was to run 4 meetups, and it looks like we’ll close the year with only 3. Which clearly means one thing: we owe you 5 meetups in 2026, right? 😅
But let’s focus on the good news: we’re finally bringing the community together again before the year ends! 🎉 And we’re doing it with a non-AI topic that’s about to reshape Talent Acquisition across Europe: the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
You know the feeling: “This topic is important, I should look into this… but not today.”. Well, good news! We’ve got the perfect solution: an event where real experts break it all down for you and you get to enjoy great company, food and drinks. No more excuses!
Starting in 2026, publishing salary ranges will shift from optional to mandatory to tackle the gender pay gap. But what does this really mean for companies, candidates, compensation teams, and TA functions? Will transparency make hiring fairer and more efficient, or introduce new challenges around equity, negotiation, and competitiveness? We’ll unpack it all and debate it together.
