27th Meetup - The Future of Pay Transparency in Europe

Yes, we know… this new event took us a bit longer than planned. Our ambitious 2025 goal was to run 4 meetups, and it looks like we’ll close the year with only 3. Which clearly means one thing: we owe you 5 meetups in 2026, right? 😅

But let’s focus on the good news: we’re finally bringing the community together again before the year ends! 🎉 And we’re doing it with a non-AI topic that’s about to reshape Talent Acquisition across Europe: the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Starting in 2026, publishing salary ranges will shift from optional to mandatory to tackle the gender pay gap.
