You open the door of the Scrum Dungeon… what would you need in your next adventure? A Scrum Master? A Product Owner? Both?

Are you struggling with who-does-what in Scrum? Are you finding difficult to explain what a Product Owner is? Which are the differences with the Scrum Master role?

Join us in this 100% hands-on session based on the Scrum Guide to play, share and understand what the accountabilities and responsibilities of each of the Scrum Roles are. You will work in small groups to build what are the accountabilities and responsibilities of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master and the Development Team. Our Scrum Masters will be with you to help and to, finally, reveal any possible miss-understandings and miss-conceptions about the roles.
