Social media can inspire, connect, and inform us, and it can also leave us feeling drained, distracted, or comparing ourselves to others.
Those who are on my newsletter list would know that I recently deleted Instagram off my phone. Over the years using Instagram professionally I've learnt a lot, about myself, human psychology and the energetics of social media.
Some useful, insightful ...and like many, unconscious unhealthy habits of scrolling.
I would like to offer welcoming space where we can explore this topic together.
A SUPPORT CLASS series where we can reflect on how social media impacts mind, body, emotions, and Soul.
Exploring the benefits and also the negative impact, and more importantly how to create healthier habits with technology.
You'll gain accountability, support, insight and perspective on how to find your way, in using technology with balance.
I'll bring in the professional NLP perspective, tools that can help as well as personal shares, and will open the space for group contribution, shares and insight.
