Sunrise Session @ SUP SPOT BCN

The best way to start your day is with a 'Sunrise Session' at SUP SPOT BCN.

15min before the sun comes up we hit the water after a coffee/tea and instructions to enjoy the sunrise together. During this special moment of the day you can do some stretching/breathing exercises and/or have chat with your fellow paddlers. Nothing is obliged. You will be guided by the team of Sup Spot who will take some photo's and video's. We'll only go when the conditions are good enough.

Ps: we have wetsuits + lockers available

Ps2: we also have 'Before Work Sessions' between 7:00 and 9:00 you can grap a board and just pay for every 20min instead of 1 hour or more.
