Train by the sea, meet new people and join us for a drink afterwards! Every Thursday at 7:00 PM at Port Olímpic.
Come alone or with a friend: the hosts will welcome you, help with introductions and get conversations started.
💪 THE WORKOUT
One hour of strength, cardio and mobility with a personal trainer. We’ll rotate partners and work in small teams to help everyone connect. All fitness levels welcome, including beginners—exercises are adapted to your level.
🍹 AFTERWARDS
After stretching, we’ll walk to a nearby bar to keep chatting. Joining is optional; food and drinks are paid separately.
📍 WHEN & WHERE

*Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 PM. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.

💪 EL ENTRENAMIENTO
Una hora de fuerza, cardio y movilidad dirigida por un entrenador personal. Cambiaremos de pareja y trabajaremos en pequeños equipos para conocernos de forma natural. Todos los niveles son bienvenidos, también principiantes: adaptamos los ejercicios a ti.**
🍹 DESPUÉS**
Tras estirar, iremos caminando a un bar cercano para seguir charlando. Quedarse es opcional; comida y bebidas se pagan aparte.

Después del exitazo de las últimas ediciones, volvemos al Aloha con nuestro formato único de citas 2vs2 en Barcelona. Una nueva manera de conocer gente, romper el hielo y disfrutar sin la presión de una cita tradicional.

¿Cómo funciona?
Puedes venir con un amigo o una amiga y formar equipo para conocer a otras personas durante diferentes rondas. Si vienes solo/a, no te preocupes: te asignaremos a alguien para que haga equipo contigo durante la noche.
Un formato dinámico, divertido y pensado para que todo fluya de forma natural. Habla, ríe, conoce gente y deja que surja lo que tenga que surgir.

Horarios y puntualidad
- Chicas: llegada a las 20.00h
- Chicos: llegada a las 20.15h
- Inicio del evento: 20.30h
- Fin del evento: 22.30h

Código de vestimenta
- Smart casual. Queremos mantener un ambiente cuidado y acorde al espacio.

🕒 Cómo funciona la experiencia

1- Bienvenida
- Al entrar, cada persona recibe una pegatina según su actitud del momento:
🟢 Verde: abierto/a a conocer gente y, si surge algo, genial.
🟡 Amarillo: aquí para conocer gente y pasarlo bien, sin buscar nada en concreto.
- Además, recibirás un personaje famoso que no podrás ver y que podrás utilizar como juego durante las interacciones 2vs2.

2- Zona de interacciones
- Tendremos una zona reservada dentro del local donde se realizarán las interacciones entre chicos y chicas.
- Esperaran las chicas a los chicos ya ubicadas en mesas reservadas.
- Formato 2vs2
- Cada persona estará siempre acompañada de su compañero o compañera (no se separa la pareja).
- Cada ronda dura 10 minutos, en los que solo rotan los chicos (las chicas se quedan en su mesa).
- En cada mesa encontrarás tarjetas con preguntas divertidas e interesantes para que nunca falte tema de conversación. Servirán de comodín para cuando no sepas que decir.

3- Cambio de espacio
Al finalizar las interacciones nos moveremos a una zona más social del local, con billar y dardos, dónde te podrás mover con total libertad para hablar con quien quieras.

4- Cierre social
Brindaremos con un chupito de cortesía para todo el que quiera.

-No se permite ningún tipo de actitud invasiva o falta de respeto.
-Puedes salir de cualquier interacción o dinámica en cualquier momento.
-El equipo estará presente para asegurar que todo fluya correctamente.

After the success of our latest editions, we’re coming back to Aloha with our unique 2vs2 dating format in Barcelona. A new way to meet people, break the ice and enjoy yourself without the pressure of a traditional date.

How does it work?
You can come with a friend and form a team to meet other people during different rounds. If you come alone, don’t worry: we’ll pair you with someone who will be your teammate throughout the night.
A dynamic, fun format designed to let everything flow naturally. Talk, laugh, meet people and let whatever happens happen.

Schedule and punctuality
- Girls: arrival at 8:00 PM
- Guys: arrival at 8:15 PM
- Event starts: 8:30 PM
- Event ends: 10:30 PM

Dress code
- Smart casual. We want to maintain a polished atmosphere that matches the venue.
- Flip-flops, ripped shorts and sportswear are not allowed.

Mandatory drink (This can be a beer or a soft drink) upon arrival.

🕒 How the experience works

1- Welcome
- When you arrive, each person will receive a sticker according to their attitude at that moment:
🟢 Green: open to meeting people and, if something happens, great.
🟡 Yellow: here to meet people and have a good time, without looking for anything in particular.
- You will also receive the name of a famous person that you won’t be able to see and that you can use as a game during the 2vs2 interactions.

2- Interaction area
- We will have a reserved area inside the venue where the interactions between guys and girls will take place.
- The girls will wait for the guys, already seated at their reserved tables.
-2vs2 format
- Each person will always be accompanied by their teammate (the pair does not separate).
- Each round lasts 10 minutes, during which only the guys rotate *(the girls remain at their table).
- At each table, you will find cards with fun and interesting questions so there is always something to talk about. They will be there as a backup for those moments when you don’t know what to say.

3- Change of space
After the interactions, we will move to a more social area of the venue, with billiards and darts, where you can move around freely and talk to whoever you want.

4- Social closing
We will toast with a complimentary shot for anyone who wants one.

- Any kind of intrusive or disrespectful behavior is not allowed.
- You can leave any interaction or activity at any time.
- The team will be present to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Nos vamos al Delta para disfrutar de un paseo, aire puro y buena compañía.

Plan del día
Haremos una ruta circular de unos 6 km por el Delta del Llobregat, entre lagunas, caminos naturales y miradores con vistas al río y a las aves de la zona. Será un paseo tranquilo, ideal para desconectar y compartir buenos momentos. Al terminar, nos quedaremos a tomar algo en un conocido bar de la zona.

Join us for a relaxing walk in the Delta del Llobregat, where we’ll enjoy fresh air, nature and great company.

Plan for the day
