Rather than focusing on the model itself, we'll dive into the parts that don't usually make it into papers or blog posts: hard-won takeaways on evaluation, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.
• The Path to Semantic Search at Wallapop: Anna Sánchez Espunyes from Wallapop will talk about how the company moved beyond rigid keyword matching. She’ll break down how they use embeddings to understand what users actually mean when typing vague or misspelled queries into a constantly changing inventory of 100M listings.
