Un monasterio budista, una cueva escondida y un día para desconectar de Barcelona.
Nos escapamos al Garraf para descubrir un rincón diferente, caminar entre naturaleza y terminar explorando la Cova Negra.
Una pequeña aventura, buena compañía y la sensación de haberte ido mucho más lejos de lo que realmente estás.

Plan del día
- Empezaremos en el monasterio budista, punto de inicio y final de nuestra ruta.
- Recorreremos los senderos del Garraf, disfrutando del paisaje y del entorno natural.
- Llegaremos hasta la Cova Negra y exploraremos sus alrededores.
- Regresaremos al monasterio para finalizar la ruta.
- Si nos apetece, podremos alargar el plan tomando algo juntos antes de volver a Barcelona.

Qué traer?
- Calzado cómodo para caminar (preferiblemente con buena suela).
- Al menos 1,5 L de agua.
- Comida ligera o algo para picar durante la ruta.
- Protector solar (opcional)
- Algo de dinero o tarjeta por si quieres comprar algo de comer o beber al finalizar

Transporte
- Organizaremos coches compartidos desde plaza España.
- Los conductores que lleven a personas tendrán descuento del 50%.

A Buddhist monastery, a hidden cave, and a day to disconnect from Barcelona.
We’re escaping to Garraf to discover a different side of the area, walk through nature and finish by exploring the Cova Negra.
A little adventure, good company, and the feeling that you’ve gone much further away than you actually are.

Plan for the day
- We’ll start at the Buddhist monastery, which will be the starting and finishing point of our route.
- We’ll follow the trails through Garraf, enjoying the landscape and natural surroundings.
- We’ll reach the Cova Negra and explore its surroundings.
- We’ll return to the monastery to finish the route.
- If we feel like it, we can extend the plan by having a drink together before heading back to Barcelona.

P.S.: If you’re going directly there, we’ll meet at the parking lot of Garraf Monastery (Plana Novella) at 10:15 a.m.

What to bring?
- Comfortable walking shoes (preferably with good grip).
- At least 1.5 L of water.
- Light food or something to snack on during the hike.
- Sunscreen (optional)
- Some cash or a card in case you want to buy something to eat or drink at the end

Transport
- We’ll organize shared cars from Plaza España.
- Drivers who bring other participants will receive a 50% discount.
