Hey, my name is Antoine and let me give you a bit of background about this meetup! I took over this group 3 years ago, and my goal is to introduce people to barefoot walking and to explore places together. We are about 250 members as of August, which is amazing already!
Come and join me for a barefoot walk in Regent's Park on Saturday 5th of September at 9am.
This circular walk will be the occasion to discover Regent's Park. We will meet at Regent's Park station for simplicity (Barkerloo Line).
For those who are new to barefooting and would like to try, please be reassured that you don't have to be barefoot at all time and you can also wear shoes for the whole walk if you want to ease in!
