ICYMI: this is a second chance to catch our October 20 webinar. This month we're meeting online instead of at Bar César.
Join my partners and me on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Pacific for a live walkthrough of the 87-unit affordable ground-up build we're proposing in Oakland, in collaboration with Conex Modular.
What we'll cover:

  • Where the project stands today and what comes next
  • How our investment club, Invest with Purpose, works
  • Your questions, answered live

Important: an RSVP here does not get you into the Zoom. Please also register on Zoom to receive your link.
Prefer an evening? The same session runs on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Pacific. Register for that one here.
This is an information session, open to anyone curious about the project, from first-time investors to experienced operators.

Our next in-person meetup is Thursday, November 12, 2026, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on the Bar César outdoor patio. RSVP here.

Riza Hernandez
