True power is born from vulnerability — from the honesty we have with ourselves, each other, and the world. It takes courage to show up wholeheartedly, beyond our agendas and attempts to control outcomes.
In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to stand tall in our vulnerabilities — to reclaim the parts of ourselves that hold us back from being fully present with life.
This is an invitation to come home to your body — to rediscover self-love and ease within it. From this grounded place, the natural flow of life awakens.
Together, we’ll dance through the map of the 5Rhythms®, finding connection, release, and strength in motion. Through movement, we’ll anchor ourselves in the body, connect to our creative center, and open to a renewed sense of power and possibility.
✨I passionately believe in the healing power of women coming together with collaboration rather than competition in mind. My intention is to bring women together to step into their power so we can heal ourselves and the world together, with grace, forgiveness, compassion and with fierce feminine power at these uncertain times we are living at.✨
