Hey, join me for a morning walk through Richmond park to start the day grounded.
No experience needed — if you’ve never walked barefoot in public before, that’s absolutely fine. There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Just bring curiosity, comfort, and a sense of fun.

A slow walk through Richmond fields for about 2 hours
