Join us for a light and easy evening of sharing, support, and suggestions.
Listen, learn, and share in a comfortable safe space with others who may understand our personal struggles or challenges.

Come offer your strengths about how you choose to approach food, family, and the overall increased demands during the holidays. We will be better prepared for meeting our individual needs during the holiday festivities. A Loving and Supportive Energy Circle to meet with before and after the holidays.
