Bariatric support Group

The purpose of this group is to help you build a community of like minded people that have or are considering going through bariatric surgery. One of the best ways to build this community is by sharing your successes, concerns, confusions or fears with others. There is a good chance someone has already experienced it and can give you some good advise. If not having a group of people to help you navigate your concerns can be helpful.

If you don't feel comfortable bringing up a topic you can message me with it and I'll be happy to bring up the topic without associating it to you.

This group is for you to be more successful

There is a lot that you need to do to be successful with your bariatric surgery. The goal of these support groups is to give you an opportunity to share successes, seek support and get help for parts of this journey that frustrate or overwhelm you. This online support group is open to anyone that has gone through or is considering going through bariatric surgery.

This support group is free but please if you sign up and are unable to attend please update your RSVP as soon as you can.
