Local Anxiety and Depression Meet Up

It has been a long time since our last meet up. This is mainly down to my Anxiety causing me problems!
It would be lovely to get a group gathering again at the Fairlop Oak. It will be open to all, please just let me know if you are coming so I can reserve a table that suits our needs.
If anyone is struggling and would like me to meet them outside and help them to get in and meet everyone, then please let me know, I am aware how hard these meetings can be for us all. Please feel free to bring your partner or a friend for support if needed.
