Local Anxiety and Depression 2nd Meet Up

This will be our 2nd meeting, hopefully we will start to see familiar faces.
Our 1st meeting was a success and I think by the end of the meeting we felt we all knew each other a little better.
It was a zero pressure gathering, everyone spoke if they wanted to and just sat and were a part of it if they didn't.
It would be great to see you all again and perhaps a few new faces too.
