This is the Underwater Hockey and Rugby meetup group for western Connecticut. We would like to invite you to try underwater hockey and or rugby, which are fun competitive sports. Try something different, get some exercise, learn something new.

WHAT TO BRING?
Bring your bathing suit and your snorkeling gear if you have it. We have plenty of extra UWH equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, glove, stick) and UWR for you to use while you're a beginner.
WHEN, WHERE and COST?
UWH at Cheshire Community Pool, Sunday mornings 9AM-11:15AM. $13 all day for non-residents, less for residents.
UWR at Albertus Magnus College New Haven, Saturday Afternoons 2:30 to 4:30 and Sundays mornings 8AM to 10AM.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We'll give you one on one lessons at what ever pace you are comfortable with. We will teach you to snorkel if needed. As a newbie you'll use an orange stick until you master the basics.
