Join us for a 2-hour Mind & Body experience to kick off Fall season positively energized and inspired. Designed to move your body, reset your nervous system, it will help you reconnect with what is most important to you this fall.

  • 30 min of empowering barre movement
  • 30 min of breath work + align with what matters most to you

Barre is a full-body fitness experience that combines ballet-inspired stretching and strength-training exercises. You’ll use light weights, resistance bands or balls, and small, targeted movements to sculpt and tone. It’s as challenging as it is empowering — and absolutely doable for all fitness levels. It has a ton of health benefits: it’s great for muscle & bone strength, range of motion, posture, flexibility, de-stressing, and fun!

We will share several types of breath practices that will make Barre and any other life challenges easier.
