Getting found on Google starts with good SEO. What is SEO? SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. Nancy Burgess from Nancy Burgess Marketing will provide insight on what SEO is and how to properly implement it on your website. She'll discuss:

• Understanding why SEO matters
• Who's responsible for SEO?
• What should be optimized and how, including best practices in:
• Site development
• Technical and on-page SEO
• Content Creation
• Launch and Postlaunch

Due to COVID-19, we have changed this to an online meeting. This will be our first attempt at an online Meetup for our group, so let's see how it goes! If you RSVP for the Meetup, you will see the Zoom link for the meeting.

We are going to try the following format and see how it goes:
• Start with everyone muted
• We'll then engage everyone with a poll to see how everyone is doing
• I'll introduce our speaker, Nancy Burgess
• Nancy will present in sections and then pause for questions after each section
• While she is presenting, you can ask a question in the chat window and we'll answer those questions at the end of her next section
• We're going to try some fun polls during her presentation to see how that works

If you're new to participating in Zoom meetings, here are a couple tips:
• Download Zoom from zoom.us prior to the meeting.
• Test your video and audio, adjust settings as needed
