Monday Landlord Lunch

Come as you are! Folks start arriving at 11:15 and some are still around until 1. Some come on their lunch hour.
10-25 people is normal. Just show up and meet others. Swap contractor names, ask questions...
This is a business meeting for networking and information on landlording, repairs, investing, eviction, etc.
