BASE Governance and Structure

We've talked about it for a year, we are going to become a non-profit. The question is under what rules and leadership. This meeting is for those that intend to participate in the organization that will be BASE and want a voice in how that organization is structured.

Today we'll review survey results, and plan next step of action.
