Putting together a van trip to watch the Mets play the Marlinsns..!!
It may be a “playoff impact game” so it may be very exciting,
In addition we may have an opportunity to see a game with the roof open …. like last year…!!!
The plan is to rent a 7 passenger van and drive it to Loan Depot Park in Miami.
We will leave approximately noon for the 4:10 game and probably return by 9:00pm
The cost will be $60 a person. That will include the cost of the van, insurance for the van, gas, parking and ticket. Right now there are pretty of good tickets available, so we may want to do this soon.
Initially we will have this open to my group, first , if we fill up … then fine. I doubt that will happen , but if it doesn’t , I will open it to Mets Booster Club members and to Silver Sluggers. … at that point , I’m sure we will fill the van.
So, if you are interested , please RSVP and once I get enough people , I will ask for the money.

****. Last point , if you sign up and pay the money and for some reason you can’t go, there is no return of your money. You will need to find someone else to take your places and reimburse you the money you paid.
I can only tell you that between My group , Silver Sluggers , and the Mets Booster club , we will have far more people wanting to go than spaces , so you will easily be able to pass along your spot. However , I would suggest you not decide that you can not go , 2 hours before the van is leaving.
That is what happened last year and therefore, this notice.
