What we’re about

This group is for adults who want to do something simple, fun, and grounding: toss a baseball around with good people. That’s it. No games, no teams, no running bases, and no pressure. Just old-school throw and catch, the kind of thing you used to do without even thinking about it. We meet up at local parks to get outside, move our bodies, breathe some fresh air, and enjoy a relaxed rhythm. Some folks come for light activity, others come to ease back into movement, and many come just to connect with others. All throwing abilities welcome. If you’re brand new, it’s fine. If you haven’t picked up a glove in years, that’s fine too. Expect a mix of casual tossing, chatting, and the kind of peace that comes with doing something repetitive and simple with others. We don’t overthink it. If you bring a glove, great. If not, come anyway we often have extras or can work it out. No uniforms, no special gear, no performance expectations. Just bring yourself, maybe some water, and a mindset that’s open to a little fresh air and connection. All throwing abilities are welcome. If you’ve never played, that’s completely fine. If it’s been years since you picked up a glove, you’re in good company. This isn’t about how far you can throw or how well you catch. It’s about showing up and sharing space with other people who just want something easy and grounded
