When and where
We meet in Birsfelden (Baslerstrasse x Bürklinstrasse) and drive by car about one hour to the starting point of the hike.
Start time: 08:00 in the morning at the meeting point.

The hike itself is around 6 hours, about 15 km and 890 meters of elevation.
If it rains the event will be cancelled because it can get slippery and less fun. The weather is currently stable but cloudy. Because it will be a bit colder and there can be some ice or remaining snow near the top, please bring Grödel (spikes).

The route has some elevation but it is not an extreme or alpine tour. We are not super sporty or very experienced, so you do not need to be an athlete to join. We stay together as a group.

What to bring

• Trail runners or hiking shoes, Grödel, water bottle, snacks or small food, a jacket and a small backpack.
• Optional: hiking poles and gloves if it is cold.
