Basel Entrepreneurship isn’t just another meetup.
It’s a space for founders, builders, and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect, have honest conversations, and grow bold ideas into real ventures.
What makes it different? Our sessions are intentionally moderated to spark meaningful exchange — not just casual networking or one-way talks. The format invites everyone in, encourages shared learning, and helps surface insights you won’t get alone. (We use tools like Liberating Structures to support this.)

Pascal Suter founded coonnect after recognizing how frustrating and inefficient traditional recruiting is for both companies and candidates. He saw that while firms search for top talent, they often reach only those who happen to see a job post, while candidates invest time and energy for little return. After a pivotal discussion with his co-founder Agron Zeqiri, he envisioned a fairer, more direct way to connect talent and organizations. This idea became coonnect — a platform where companies reach out to people directly and candidates present themselves authentically. His goal is to create meaningful, long-term connections built on fairness, respect, and transparency.What is the Hot Seat?
Our goal is to learn from each other, and we believe that we can learn most from challenges others have overcome and "failures" that they themselves learned from.
We run the hot seat in two steps: Firstly, the guest Entrepreneurs will give us a short intro into their startup and share some of their learnings/fails. Secondly, we will go into an open discussion with the group to ask questions and challenge the Entrepreneurs ideas.What is the Entrepreneur Exchange?
By using elements from liberatingstructures.com we facilitate active exchanges between our participants. Everybody should have both the opportunity to learn from other Entrepreneurs and to share their knowledge with others.About the location
