In this highly interactive session, Alex Yakyma will introduce us to the main concepts of his new book. Alex is a SAFe framework contributor and author of two great books.

Every organization intends to deliver value, but not every organization can effectively succeed with that mission. Despite a lot of outputs produced, business value may not be enabled.

In this presentation we will talk about methods of progressive value discovery that help focus the teams on building what really matters.

• Identify outcomes and outcome chains your teams are a part of
• Determine business value of deliverables using the value path method
• Measure and probe for business value
• Identify responsibilities of the Outcome Owner in your environment
