Logistics: The event begins in front of the WWII Memorial along 17th Street at 12:30PM (It's okay to come a bit early). The schedule is composed of three half hour portions; Gathering, Speeches, then Marching. The marching portion ends at 2PM, be prepared to walk about a mile.
