Birding is for everyone! Join us while building your basic birding skills with Birders Learning Together. This group is perfect for beginners and those looking to sharpen their bird identification techniques in a relaxed environment. Laura Beltran, Education Director with Nature Investigations, has over 3 decades of experience as an environmental educator. She will offer outings focused on the basic skills of using binoculars, of identifying common (and sometimes not so common) bird species by sight and sound, and understanding their natural history. These leisurely walks are designed to help you connect with nature, gain confidence in your birding abilities, and enjoy the outdoors. On-line workshops on basic identification skills will also be offered.
No matter your experience level, you're welcome to join and explore the world of birds.
