Birding is for everyone!

Join Birders Learning Together, a MeetUp group for anyone who wants to build or refine their birding skills. We focus on learning at an easy pace and creating a supportive, welcoming space where curiosity is encouraged and everyone feels comfortable participating. Whether you're just getting started, hoping to sharpen your identification techniques in a relaxed environment, or curious about the practice of Slow Birding (see: the principles shared at the Bird Diva website: https://www.birddiva.com/slow-birding), this group is for you.

Our goals include observing behaviors, noticing details, and deepening our connection with the natural world.

All experience levels are welcome, and all people are welcome. Come explore the world of birds with us.

Sunday Morning Bird Walk
Cleveland Park: Greenville SC, Cleveland Park: Greenville, SC, Greenville, SC, US
Bring your curiosity and your binoculars as we take a relaxed bird walk through Cleveland Park to observe the local bird life. The trail is paved and mostly flat, with benches along the way, making it an easy and enjoyable route for all.

Binoculars are helpful but not required; you’re welcome to join us to meet the community, listen for bird calls, and practice your observation skills.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, the group is limited to 10 participants. Please sign up only if you plan to attend.

We will meet at the parking lot next to the Greenville Zoo entrance which is off of Cleveland Park Drive (off of East Washington Street).
