Basingstoke and Beyond Social Walks

Basingstoke & Beyond Social Walks is a friendly, fun group for anyone who enjoys getting out, meeting new people and exploring at a relaxed pace.

Our walks are usually around 4–6 miles, mostly in and around Basingstoke, but we also like to venture further afield — previously we had walks in Christchurch, London, Fleet, Farnham and Virginia Water, with more places to come!

We’re definitely more social walking than serious hiking. Our walks usually involve several stops along the way for drinks, food and photos. It’s all about the social side as much as the walking.
