Hike Hoher Kasten

We will meet at 07:06 at Basel SBB, track 5, take the train to Zürich, the 08:09 Train to Gossau, the 09:21 train to Weissbad and the 10:07 192 Bus to Brüllisau, from where we will take the cable way to the Hoher Kasten, a 1'791 m high mountain in the Appenzell Alps.

We will walk for 16.5 km back to Brüllisau, up 600, down 1'500 meters.

Should take us 5.5 hours walking, maybe two hours more. Never done this hike, looks beautiful.
